Project Description: PGA WEST is a spectacular master-planned country club community (established in 1984) located in beautiful La Quinta, just minutes from Palm Springs, California. In 1990, Landmark Land Company developed plans for a 1,000 room Resort Complex that would have been centered amidst more than 2,200 acres of world-class golf, tennis and fitness. The 40,000 SF Resort Golf Clubhouse was completed in 1991; Craig Pearson was Senior Project Architect for the Resort Golf Clubhouse.

Indian Canyons Resort Golf Clubhouse
Palm Springs, CA
Project Description: Conceptual, Design Development and Construction Documentation for this new 13,500 sq. ft., 2-story clubhouse which has a 6,000 sq. ft. subterranean cart storage facility and a 7,500 sq. ft. main floor with dining services and full service Golf Shop operations. The project was built on the site of the former 50-year old Canyons South Golf Course. |

Oak Quarry

Project Description: A 14,500 SF Public Golf Clubhouse designed on an abandoned rock quarry overlooking the open space below where there are tremendous elevation changes from tee to tee. |

Indian Springs Golf & Country Club
Indio, CA
Project Description: PAI was retained for Conceptual Design Development and Construction Documentation for this new 16,000 sq. ft. Mediterranean style golf clubhouse which showcases the 18-hole golf course of Indian Springs Golf & Country Club. The clubhouse has full amenities for public use as well as a private dining room with overall seating for 144 patrons. The balcony faces the 18th green and features a large fire pit that overlooks the distant snow capped San Jacinto Mountains. |

The Quarry at La Quinta
La Quinta, CA
Project Description: The Quarry at La Quinta is a private gated golf club community located east of the City of La Quinta. The 23,000 SF golf clubhouse was developed as an amenity to the first 18-hole Tom Fazio designed golf course in the Coachella Valley. Craig Pearson was the Project Architect and designed the clubhouse as well as all the course amenity buildings. |

Landmark Golf Club
Indio, CA
Project Description: PAI was retained for Conceptual Design Development and Construction Documentation for the two-story, 22,000 sq. ft. Golf Clubhouse, Maintenance Facility and Comfort Stations for this new 36-hole Schmidt Curley designed course. The Club was the home of the Toyota / Conagra Foods Skin’s Game for 1999 through 2002. The Skin’s Game left Landmark Golf Club in 2003 and by 2005 the Club was sold by the original developers. |

Desert Horizons Country Club
Indian Wells, CA
Project Description: Provided full design services for the renovation and upgrading of the golf clubhouse using a design/build construction delivery system. ADA issues were addressed and a new entrance was designed to provide access to the club. The entry foyer was re-designed as well as the dining room. The men’s locker room was also updated. The outdoor patio was expanded and a trellis with heaters/misters was designed adjacent to a new fire pit which has been well received by membership. |

Morningside Country Club

Project Description: A phased multi-million dollar renovation and expansion to the 18-year old clubhouse which included a new exercise and aerobics studio, pro shop renovations and expansion, new cart storage facility, new bar and lounge and the addition of a new elevator and over all ADA accessibility up-dating. |

Project Description: The new SCPGA Development Project consists of a 33,000 SF full service Golf Clubhouse and Learning Complex, a 17,000 sq ft. Corporate SCPGA Office Building, a 12,000 sq. ft. Maintenance Facility, a Halfway House and Course Comfort Stations to serve the two Schmidt Curley designed 18-hole courses which has hosted many qualifying tournaments.
