The Project also included major renovations and additions to the existing city hall as well as 6,000 SF subterranean emergency operations counter. Salvation Army Corps Center
Cathedral City, CA
Project Description: Design Development and Construction Documentation for this new 15,000 sq. ft. 3-building Spiritual Complex which consists of a new acoustically designed Chapel, a Classroom building and a Multi-purpose Building with commercial cooking facilities and Corp offices. The completed project has provided basic community services to the City of Cathedral City which were lacking since previously adopted budget cuts were initiated by the City. |

Agua Caliente Casino 
Rancho Mirage, CA
Project Description: Construction is to be completed in 2008 of BOH facilities design & Interior Design of all BOH Spaces including: Security and Surveillance, Team Dining, Slot Repair Rooms, Telecommunications, Wardrobe and Laundry, HR and Training, Accounting, Marketing, Green Rooms and Kitchen Receiving areas.
Additionally, PAI has designed the Executive Offices and provided all Interior Design services for these spaces which will be located in the new 15-story Hotel which is under construction next of the Casino.

Spa Casino

Project Description: In 2003 PAI began Back Of House facilities Design & Planning and Interior Design for all BOH Spaces at the New Casino which included: Executive Offices, Security and Surveillance, Team Dining, Bake Shop Offices, Slot Repair Rooms, Telecommunications, Receiving and Kitchen.
Additionally, PAI is presently designing various areas within the Casino and is providing full service Interior Design services for these areas.

Union Bank of California Headquarters Conference Center
Project Description: The renovation of an existing floor of a downtown high-rise headquarters building gave the client an opportunity to create a state-of-the-art conferencing center including, pre-function, break out and video conferencing facilities. Working with the client from initial space planning to artwork installation created a highly desirable and widely used facility. |

Union Bank of California e-Business Offices
Project Description: The integration of a new high-tech philosophy and a desire to echo the working trends of the Silicon Valley necessitated a cutting edge design for this banking client. Working with employee committee’s to redefine corporate standards and employee interaction was the basis for all space planning and interior design to create a new look and feel for an old space.
