Miramonte Resort & Spa Ballroom Expansion
Indian Wells, CA
Project Description: Completed full services through construction for the new 12,000 sq ft. Ballroom building which has a 6,000 sq ft. ballroom divisible into four smaller spaces. A full banquet kitchen was included in the project. The new facilities will have enhanced outdoor spaces to compliment the present campus experience including a new event lawn. The architecture from the existing hotel to the new ballroom partition will be seamless as we retain the present Tuscan theme. |

Project Description: PGA WEST is a spectacular master-planned country club community (established in 1984) located in beautiful La Quinta, just minutes from Palm Springs, California. In 1990, Landmark Land Company developed plans for a 1,000 room Resort Complex that would have been centered amidst more than 2,200 acres of world-class golf, tennis and fitness. The 40,000 SF Resort Golf Clubhouse was completed in 1991; Craig Pearson was Senior Project Architect for the Resort Golf Clubhouse.
